SocioPub connects to your social media accounts via official OAuth APIs. We only collect the data necessary to provide our dashboard services, including:

• Profile Information: Public display name, username, and avatar URL.
• Analytics Data: Follower counts, engagement metrics, and post performance data.
• Content: Posts, comments, and messages for the purpose of display and management within the dashboard.

We do not collect or store your social media passwords. access is granted via secure tokens provided by the platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, X).

Your security is our top priority. We implement the following protections:

• AES-256 Encryption: All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database.
• Server-Side Storage: Tokens are never exposed to the frontend or stored in browser local storage.
• Secure Transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.3.
• CSRF Protection: We use cryptographically secure tokens to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or social media content to third parties.

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Unified Social Business Dashboard features. We do not use your content for advertising purposes or data mining.

We follow strict data retention guidelines:

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active to provide services.
• Audit Logs: Security and access logs are retained for 90 days.
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, all associated OAuth tokens, profile data, and cached analytics are immediately and permanently removed from our production databases.
